The competitive boxing program is open to male and female athletes ages 10 and up with skill levels ranging from beginner to basic and advanced. The trainers and coaches are nationally certified under the National Coaching Certification Program. Boxers are taught technical boxing skills recognized by the International Boxing Association, and provided the opportunity to compete at the local, regional, national, and international level. 

 The Recreational Boxing program is for health conscious working professionals and is manned and supervised by professional trainers and coaches who have made their mark on the boxing profession. Through various circuit training and programs and boxing fitness modules, members can learn the fundamentals of boxing and at the same time develop stamina and full body conditioning.
